Workshop Urges Full Juvenile Justice Act Implementation

A workshop organized by Legal Awareness Watch Pakistan (LAW) in Bahawalpur called for the full implementation of the Juvenile Justice System Act (JJSA) 2018 in letter and spirit. Key stakeholders, including legal practitioners, bar members, and child protection officials, highlighted administrative gaps and emphasized treating juvenile offenders with a focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment.
